As a Learning Technologist, I’ve spent a lot of time in training and education of colleagues, both technical - ‘how to’ - and at a higher ‘meta’ level involving e-learning pedagogy, exploring the pedagogical benefits of blended learning approaches and how to improve the student experience and outcomes. This has included writing documentation - cheat sheets, manuals, websites, wikis, even the occasional book - and developing and running workshops on e-learning (eg ‘Using podcasting in your teaching’).
